What can I do if I want to get scholarships while I'm still an 8 grader

What can I do if I want to get scholarships while I'm still an 8 grader?
I live in Indonesia. I really want to get a scholarship to study in a university abroad. I know I'm still too young for this but I'm just preparing. What do you think I can do this year to make it easier for me to get a scholarship 4 years from now?

There are many things you should prepared. 1. Decide the country u may want to study It is determined by how well you may adapt with the climate, the ability of your family affording your degree, or kind of food that you are suitable with (If you don't like curry, don't go to India. Or if you are not able to live without rice, try to consider if you go to Aussie or US as u will find bread as your daily meal) 2. Decide which major you wanna take. It depends on where you are good at. For example, if you like to do business, you would like to do business degree, or if you like music, u should take music degree, or if u like science, u may start to choose some science degree. It is IMPORTANT as it may determine the future of your career and university life. 3. Get to know some university Some universities have some degree that they are proud about. For example, SMU in Singapore that good at business, or UCSI in Malaysia that is good in Doctor, Pharmacy, and Music, or Taylor College good in hotel, or Monash good in business. 4. Try to get some channel U may start to visit some agent (for universities). They may provide you with some choices of universities that you may interested in. Or u may start google-ing some universities that you may interested (some of universities website will give you information how to get scholarship there). 5. Study well Although some universities may offer u scholarship without requirement of having your final mark full A, but by showing them your best result, may give u bigger chance in getting scholarship. Cheers!
