Actually it is the job board you want rather than the forum. http://www.eslcafe.com/jobs/korea/ but there are tons of other sites that Korean schools use too. http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=esl+jobs+korea&fr=ush-ans The big advice I would give is to avoid recruiters. They may seem like they are easier and safer, but you will most likely find that once you get there, you wouldn't have been any worse off getting hired directly.

If you're qualified to teach, do go to http://www.eslcafe.com or http://www.tesol.org. You need to specify your field or occupation. There's a lot of exploitation in Korea for manual laborers. Avoid that route.
