What is the best type of OS

What is the best type of OS?
Which one's better, Mac or Winvista? Mac seems to be a bit confusing, since there's not much of them in where I live (Indonesia). But, it seems really exotic. And is it true that with Winvista, your old hardwares such as printers and scanners won't be usable (even after the software installment)?

Windows Vista. I'm not a Mac fan because of the compatibility problems. Your old hardware should be usable as Windows Vista will automatically install drivers for you. Some cases, you might have to manually install drivers, but for most cases, you're fine. XP is your safer bet as most things work with XP. I personally prefer Linux as I can customize and adjust it to my liking though the learning curve might be higher than Windows OSs.
2 :
There is no "best", it depends on your particular needs. I've got Windows XP installed on one machine for games (because most games are written only for Windows), Mac OS X installed on another for work (because it Just Works with a minimum of fuss and is secure), and Linux installed on two for recording/watching video and acting as a test server for websites (because it is efficient and secure). Hardware support in Windows Vista is somewhat weaker then in Windows XP, so *some* hardware that worked under older versions of Windows will not work under Vista.

Indonesia is the largest in the world. It consists of five major islands Sumatera, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua and about 30 small group of islands, a total of more than 17,508 islands.Stretching 3.200 miles (5.120 km) from east to west, it straddles the equator between the Australia and Asia continents. The fourth largest population in the world, Indonesians number 220 million and are basically of Malay and Polynesian stock comprising of 480 ethnic groups and subgroups having their own traditions. Early immigrants from the Indian sub-continent China, the Arab peninsula and Persia have left their mark on culture and religion followed by influences of Portuguese, Spanish, English and Dutch traders and invented. The Indonesian constitution allows freedom of religion in a predominantly Muslim Country and state’s “Unity in Diversity” is a symbol of the coexistence of the many cultures unified in one nation. Those diverse cultures have given Indonesia a rich heritage of traditions and art resulting in festivities throughout the year in different parts of the country, which are also closely related to religion, particularly on the island of Bali.In this calendar of events, the highly sophisticated music and dances developed by the royal courts are listed with folk arts, religious ceremonies and festivals in the main tourist destination areas. Crafts, temporary music, exotic dances and rituals are just a few of the delights to be discovered in this unique country.Indonesian, using romanced script, is the national language and English is spoken in the main cities and tourist areas. Indonesia has two seasons, the dry season from June to October and the rainy season from November to March. There are occasional showers during the transitional periods and general maximum temperature is 33 C (62 F) and the general minimum 21 C (41 F). Humidity is high at all times. As some events are based on cosmology or traditional beliefs, dates may vary, although every effort is made to provide correct information.Events in open air are also influenced by weather conditions. Therefore, reconfirmation before visit is recommended. Cheers

Everything is cheap (but that's of course when you have the right job with the right salary) and you can afford practically things that you want...... The food......I can never live without Indonesian food. The climate, although it can be a bit lower with the temperature and less humid, you can just go to the nearest grocery store in shorts and flip flops and you cannot do that in European winter, for example .....hmm a lot more other things that it undescribable. You just have to go down there and try it for yourself

Why does Obama's sister (by own admission) have a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth and was born in Indonesia

Why does Obama's sister (by own admission) have a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth and was born in Indonesia?
What does that say about Hussein's credibility? Folks... if you want a source, there are plenty. You just have to use any search engine you want and you will find it. Besides, the interview is on YouTube. Also, have you ever questioned WHY she is never invited to the White House?

makes you wonder now don't it......

Says more about yours, I think. LOL.
3 :
i wish you would have provided a source, i would have liked to have seen this,
4 :
maybe they are all in the witness protection program the government can fabricate just about anything
5 :
She was born in Indonesia. What's your source for this Hawaii BC thing? What does HER actions have to do with the President's? Using YOUR logic, Dubya was a bad guy because his brother, Jeb, is a criminal.
6 :
Because a "Certificate of Live Birth" is not the same as a Birth Certificate. There in lies the controversy that only one man can resolve, and score a huge political win. But he doesn't. In fact he continues to pay lawyers to prevent the resolution. Wonder why?
7 :
First of all, do not even waste your time with the ones who want a source. They are just calling you a liar without actually saying it. Secondly, Get Off of this Birther crap, will you? Do you think for a second that Fox News would not be all over it if it were true? Even the alternative media giants like Rush, Hannity, and Beck concede his eligibility. Really, to continue the birther stuff is a stupid as them and their 9-11 Truther arguments, and makes us look just as foolish. .

She's often at the White House. As a family member she doesn't have to be listed on the visitor's report released to the press. Her family is currently living in the DC area as her husband is working at the Smithsonian. She and her husband were guests at the India State Dinner. She also doesn't have a Hawaiian COLB -- that was dreamed up by Ron Polarik, a fraud who claimed the online COLB was forged. There is no video of an interview with Maya saying otherwise, and no source other than Polarik. Hawaii, in fact, has no record of Maya in their Birth Index. If she was issued a COLB it would be listed in that index. You aren't lying, you are misinformed.

Time difference between Indonesia & England

Time difference between Indonesia & England?
I live in Indonesia, so the time difference between here & England is 7 hours. Why sometimes the time difference is 8 hours ??
Geography - 2 Answers
Random Answers, Critics, Comments, Opinions :
1 :
because indonesia is a great country, and may be divided into more than one time zone (same might be true for england)
2 :
It's either because of Daylight Savings Time or you may be seeing variance because Indonesia is divided into three separate time zones. Daylight Savings Time, or DST, (also called 'summer time' in some places) is the practice of temporarily advancing clocks during the summertime so that afternoons have more daylight and mornings have less. Typically clocks are adjusted forward one hour near the start of spring and are adjusted backward in the fall (autumn).
