How to start a business with shared equity but with owners living in different countries? (US & Indonesia)

How to start a business with shared equity but with owners living in different countries? (US & Indonesia)?
I am starting a business venture with an overseas engineering team. I live in the US and they live in Indonesia. We are seeking an arrangement where both sides will share equity in the project. How can this arrangement be structured? What methods will hopefully minimize tax implications? I am a US citizen, and my partner is not.

To protect YOUR backside, make the company an AMERICAN company. Indonesia is rife with corruption and you could lose your shirt associating yourself with them. Protect yourself first, and worry about the offshore guys 2nd.. Do it AMERICAN.. or dont do it at all...

Harvard is a needs blind university- if your family makes less than $40,000 a year they will assist you with a finaicial aid package that will cover your school and living - if you are accepted - if your family makes greater than 40K then depends on many other factor- you should contact the admission office and the school/college within Harvard University you have been accepted to - to get more concrete advice -

The tuition goes around $40,000 per year...but again, it depends whether you're planning for undergraduate programs or grad..... If you are an international student..the school will required you to submit a bank statement from Indonesia along with your application. In your bank account, you have to have at least 4 times of the amount (per year) needed to go to Harvard. i.e. if the tuition fee is $40,000 per year then you have to have at least $160,000 stated on your bank statement as a proof that you are able to pay the tuition at least for the next 4 years. Harvard also offers financial aid for international students although it might not covers the whole tuition fee but at least, it helps..!

maybe u can try semeru...located in east java...from jakarta u can fly to surabaya it's a bout 1 hour....then going to malang...to start the hiking but if i am not mistake u should report ur hiking activities cause this mountain so difficult to hike...
2 :
You can try Mt. Merapi in Central Java, Indonesia. The mountain is not very high, but definitely the most active volcano in Indonesia (its last big eruption was in 2006). For more info about climbing the mountain, just go to the links below: http://www.ntm.org/jason_bechtel/9732 http://www.volcanolive.com/merapi.html From Jakarta, fly to Yogyakarta. You can stay there for the weekend. (as far as I know, there are 2 different routes to climb this mountain: via Magelang or via Boyolali. But the best way to reach those cities is from Yogyakarta).

Mt Bromo in East Java.... the most favourite tourist place for hike....
4 :
very dangerous to go
